Mehul Chinubhai Choksi (born 5 May 1959) is an Indian cum Antiguan fugitive businessman is known for Rs. 13,000 crore bank fraud case and is the most wanted by the Judicial Authorities of India for cheating, Dishonesty, criminal conspiracy, criminal breach of trust, including Money laundering, corruption, and property delivery. 

 Choksi holds an Antiguan citizenship since 2017 and is the owner of Gitanjali Group, a retail jewelry company with 4k approx stores in India. An arrest warrant issued against Choksi in connection with the alleged Punjab National Bank fraud case. He is also involved in stock market manipulation in the year 2013.


In the media report he said he is a soft target, he is not a defaulter & he is afraid of mob lynching and is living in terror due to the wrong complaint filed against him.
